Just home from our second fabulous stay at these beautiful apartments. Zoe and Stuart have thought of everything to make you stay just perfect. I just cannot recommend these apartments enough. They are spacious, clean, modern and very beautiful. Zoe and Elliot are so lovely. We got stuck on the M55 for 5 hours on our way so Zoe arranged for someone to be at the apartment to accept our online food delivery and turn the heating up for when we arrived later. Just fab.

The apartment is modern, spacious, very clean with everything you could need for your stay. My children particular liked the TV in the tub. The welcome treats on arrival were delicious! Lovely quiet area with the beach right outside your door

This is our 3rd year in a row at the apartments so that tells you everything really. I can’t recommend them enough. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, still look like new, super comfy beds, brilliant location and the welcome cakes just keep getting better! Brownies this year were amazing!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful, such high quality and decorated beautifully. They are high end apartment with lots of lovely features we stayed in pebbles and they have 2 bedrooms, it’s a big apartment with French doors out to the garden area which is comfy and quiet , even has a tv over the bath! We had lovely welcome gifts and the place was spotless. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely be back! It’s a home from home and it’s a shame I can’t give it 6 stars �

We stayed at the Dunes apartment for 3 nights this week and it was fantastic. A beautifully appointed apartment, scrupulously clean and some lovely treats waiting for us! Booking and checking in was very easy and the apartment was so well kitted out you really just need to bring yourself and a few clothes. Loved it and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely to spend time in such a gorgeous apartment, where everything has been thought of from the first class furnishings to the welcome cakes and flowers. Spent the weekend in Dunes, absolutely beautiful property. The apartments are luxurious yet homely and every detail has been carefully thought out. Everything was spotlessly clean, the fixtures and fittings are fresh and modern, and we loved how bright the whole apartment was. We will most definitely be returning. Just got back from a weekend at the apartments , they are really stunning , we felt very at home . The apartments are done to a very high standard with lots of little personal touches . We also had the beach huts for 2 days I would highly recommend this , it was good old fashioned fun at its best , even the huts are beautiful , the kids played on the beach for hours we had fish and chips delivered from seafarers and a lovely afternoon tea delivered to the huts from Alice's tea rooms . A really perfect weekend . Thank you Stuart and Zoe xx

Stayed here last October for a 3 night break. Had the two bedroomed 1st floor front apartment and couldn't have asked for any more. Decor and comfort is impeccable and the location and views are stunning. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to return one day O hope!

Absolutely gorgeous! Superbly situated, fantastically appointed, love the decor! The Beach Hut makes the stay, just the most wonderful experience, brunch, late lunch, then dinner, just don't want to leave! Sunset with a G & T in the cutest of comfort, right on the Beach! Loved it! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have just returned from a weekend at the apartments. Absolutely stunning. Kitchen is well equipped and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Plenty of cooking utensils and of course a much needed dishwasher. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the apartment is furnished to a very standard. We stayed as a party of four adults and had plenty of room. We also had use of the beach hut. Despite the cold January weather, we had a brilliant time. We will definitely be returning here �

We stayed in one of these apartments last year with 2 disabled children. Absolutely gorgeous and owners so lovely and helpful. A fab food welcome pack waiting for us and the apartment was just stunning. Can't recommend highly enough.

Just left after a weekend stay with family in two of the apartments Seagrass and Pebbles on the ground floor. Wow wow wow !!!!. Beautiful apartments/decor. Spotless and clean. The owners and staff are first class/friendly people. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. If you are like me and read reviews before booking. Look no further if you want 5star quality apartments ��.

We have had the most relaxing few days, the apartment was gorgeous!!! It was the small gestures that made us smile such as the biscuits, cake and wine. We also rented the beach hut for 2 days, we were so lucky with the weather which made it great however if the weather isn't great the beach hut has everything you could need. This was our second visit and we really do love it here, can't wait to come again soon! Thanks Stuart & Zoe!

Just returned from a lovely week at the beach apartments. I really can't praise the owners or the apartments highly enough. This was a big week for us as my father has been very poorly for the last year. He is on oxygen and has limited mobility so this really was a much needed holiday for him and my mum. We stayed in the seagrass apartment on the ground floor which was accessible by wheelchair to the front door. We did even manage to get the wheelchair into the living area. Then everything is within a short walking distance for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom is a wet room so perfect. There is plenty of room in the master bedroom and as 2 adults we managed very well in the second bedroom. It was lovely to arrive to find fresh bread, butter, milk and wine!! We had to have oxygen delivered and this was not a problem and was arranged very easily with the owners. Nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to have a beach Hut on the nicest day of the week which was also our silver wedding anniversary so family came to join us. We had a brilliant day. The beach huts are such a luxury to have. It was brilliant for dad as there were just 2 small steps in and then he could sit comfortably inside. We ordered a cake through the owners and ordered afternoon tea to be delivered to the Hut from one of the recommended caterers on the website -too nice too slice. It was brilliant very fresh and delivered promptly. It was delicious and there wasn't a crumb left!! In short these apartments are brilliant and certainly we would recommend the seagrass apartment as being suitable for someone with limited mobility. Thank you to the whole team for making this very precious holiday so easy to organise and enjoy Sarah and Andie Fitch (stayed with Brian and Sheila Clarkson)
