What to bring
Bring food, drinks, milk if you’ll need it, and an extra layer for the evening. Your hut has a fridge, microwave, kettle, heater, crockery and cutlery.
Please bring drinking water. Around 20 litres of water is supplied in a container for the day, so use it sparingly.
Your group
Our Beach Huts accommodate up to six people. The Show Hut accommodates up to eight people and has its own garden.
If anyone in your group has access needs, please speak to us before booking so we can help you plan your visit.
Can we book adjoining huts?
For larger groups, you can book more than one Beach Hut. Huts booked together are always allocated next to each other.
Food for your Beach Hut day
Bring your own food and drinks, or plan something special with a local supplier. Our guest guide includes afternoon tea, picnic food, cakes and grazing boards.
Something sweet: Contact Beurre Patisserie to ask about current options for your visit.
Picnic food and sharing platters: Browse the options from Le Roti.
Celebration cakes and cupcakes: Contact Let’s Bake It Happen to discuss your plans.
Grazing boards: Ask The Cheese Girl about options for your group.
Order directly with your chosen supplier and check collection or delivery arrangements when booking.
Arriving
Getting here and parking
St Annes Beach Huts, The Island, South Promenade, St Annes, FY8 1LS. Public parking is nearby; allow time to park and walk to your Hut. You’ll find more parking information in your guest book.
Your hut is yours from 10am until midnight. We’ll email your hut number and access instructions to the person who made the booking at around 10am the day before your visit.
During your visit
Children and dogs
Children need supervision on the promenade and beach, and dogs must be kept under control. Follow local signs when visiting the beach.
Dogs are welcome at the huts but must take the place of one of the permitted occupants. Guests should keep them under control and clean up after them.
Coffee, food and local essentials
For food during your visit, the Beach Café and Café on the Pier are among the options in our guest guide. The View is another option for fish and chips.
Stay Salty, at St Annes Beach Apartments, offers coffee and snacks. Delivery to your hut may be possible; check the Beach Huts guide for ordering details and availability.
For picnic supplies and groceries, local options include M&S Simply Food, Aldi and Sainsbury’s. The guest guide has a fuller selection of cafés, takeaways, bakeries and shops.
Can I have food delivered to my hut?
Check that your chosen supplier delivers to the Beach Huts and agree where you will meet the driver. You’ll find takeaway options and delivery guidance in your digital guest guide.
A walk or something to do nearby
Enjoy the beach and promenade, take a walk towards St Annes Pier, or explore nearby activities such as Little Links and the Island Cinema. Check opening times and availability before making plans.
