Your own little place by the beach
Take a coastal walk, put the kettle on and spend time together by the sea. Your Hut has a heater, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery, so bring your favourite food and drinks and settle in for the day.
Your booking runs from 10am until midnight, for day use only. Check the selected Hut’s capacity and the full booking terms before booking.
How Flexi Beach Huts work
1. Choose your beach day
Book the Flexi Beach Hut Rate for a visit between 1 November and 25 March. Check the price and availability for your chosen day.
2. Email us if plans change
Contact info@stannesbeachhuts.co.uk at least 72 hours before your currently booked visit, with your booking details and preferred replacement date.
3. Arrange your replacement date
All replacement dates must be between 1 November and 25 March and are subject to availability. Price increases may apply. We’ll confirm the available options with you.
Up to three complimentary date changes. No further changes can be made after the third change. All Beach Hut bookings are non-refundable.
Make a day of it
Bring food, drinks, milk if needed and an extra layer for the evening. Bring drinking water too. You’ll find arrival details, what’s provided and local food ideas on our dedicated Hut information page.
Your questions
Does every winter booking include the Flexi guarantee?
The guarantee applies to bookings made on the Flexi Beach Hut Rate. Check the rate name and conditions when booking.
Which dates can I move to?
Replacement dates must fall between 1 November and 25 March and are subject to availability. Email at least 72 hours before your currently booked visit so we can discuss the options.
Does complimentary mean the replacement date costs the same?
Your booking includes up to three complimentary date changes, but price increases may apply to a replacement date. We’ll confirm the options when arranging your change.
What happens after my third date change?
No further changes can be made after the third change. Your booking remains non-refundable.
A winter day by the sea

Make a break of it
Stay a little longer with our autumn & winter Apartment offer. Direct Apartment stays of three nights or more can also request a complimentary Hut day during their stay, subject to availability and confirmation.
