Our Story
We’re Stuart and Zoe. A family business, a life by the sea, and a little corner of St Annes we’re proud to call home.

Our beginning
Hospitality runs in the family.
Long before our Beach Huts, there was the Dalmeny. Zoe grew up in the Webb family, with hospitality and St Annes woven into everyday life.

Our beginning
Our own chapter.
We met at the Dalmeny Hotel in 1989. Stuart was collecting glasses, and Zoe was working as a beautician.

Years later came an idea for the promenade: somewhere families could settle in and enjoy a whole day beside the sea.
Early proposals date back to 2005. Not everyone was convinced, and it took time. In 2012, the first Beach Huts arrived.

What it became
From an empty promenade
to days spent together.

The huts grew, and our family grew up alongside them.
The Beach Apartments became our next chapter: a way to stay by the sea as well as spend the day here. Different spaces, with the same family behind them.

Today
Still family-run.
Still right here.
We’re Stuart and Zoe. This is where we’ve built our businesses, raised our family and spent so much of our lives.

Beyond our family story
A seaside tradition, rediscovered.
The huts were part of St Annes long before our idea took shape. Discover their heritage, disappearance and return.
