St Annes Beach Apartments viewed from the seafront

Choose your part of the coast

Lytham or St Annes?

They are neighbouring towns with different characters. Where you stay depends on what you want just outside the door.

St Annes: beach and promenade

Choose St Annes for a wide sandy beach, the pier and a traditional seaside setting. It suits days on the sand, promenade walks and family breaks with room to slow down.

Lytham: shops and the Green

Choose Lytham for independent shops, restaurants and cafés, with the Green and Windmill beside the estuary. It suits a stay centred on browsing, eating out and exploring the town.

St Annes Beach Apartments are on the St Annes seafront. Stay here for the beach across the road, then make time to explore Lytham during your visit.

When a hotel suits your trip

A hotel can work well when you want a room as your base and prefer meals and services provided for you. Check what your chosen hotel includes.

When an apartment makes sense

An apartment gives you your own kitchen and somewhere to spend an evening together. Eat in after a beach day or go out when you feel like it. Choose a layout with separate living space or bedrooms if children need an earlier night.

For more than one night, having room to unpack and settle into your own routine can make a difference.

Our apartments combine that independence with a seafront location and a local team who know every apartment individually. Layouts vary, from open-plan suites to larger family apartments.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights. The apartments were beautiful, so clean and very comfortable. Lovely welcome package left and everything thought of so we didn’t need to bring anything. The guest book that you receive electronically is so good with restaurant recommendations etc it really has been so well put together and so useful. The coffee van outside was lovely and amazing almond croissants and superb coffee. To top it off the beach hut was so lovely and we had an amazing break. Thank you so much for a superb stay looking forward to returning.

We stayed recently at the Hideaway for two nights. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was super clean and welcoming (a very lovely welcome of lemon loaf, bread and milk) the cleanliness is to a very high standard but also not awful smelling highly fragranced products used instead you can just tell it’s very clean and natural products used. It was lovely and quiet, literally five minute walk with little ones across to the beach - great for being able to pop back throughout the day. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to others and will return! Another bonus was the welcome pack information was very comprehensive and very helpful! Also the coffee van was fab and had a really friendly team member there!
Quality experience. Highly recommended x

Cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. So luxurious in terms of decor, comfort and furnishings, and we could not get enough of the beautifully-scented complimentary toiletries! Peaceful yet convenient location with beautiful sea views and lots of light throughout the apartment. A welcome package of delicious treats was much-appreciated by our hungry kids! Communication before we arrived was exceptional with Abbie and Zoe kindly seeking to accommodate a request we had, and even offering a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment - we were delighted! There’s even a cute coffee van in the garden and comfortable seating so you can sit with a coffee and continue to enjoy the views once you’ve checked out. We will definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends & family!

Great place to stay while we were over for the Open Championship. Great views and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the train station. The apartment itself had everything you could want for a short or long stay including full kitchen and laundry. Everything was modern and very comfortable. If we are ever back in the area this is the first place we will look to stay.

We booked the St Annes Beach Apartments base upon previous reviews - they were not wrong. These apartments are absolute gems. Well appointed, immaculately clean and in a fabulous location. We stayed in The Sandpiper apartment for 5 nights and had one of the best holidays we have ever had in St Annes, and we have had many. Everything that you would want for a seaside holiday is right on the doorstep. Book here and you won't be disappointed - we will certainly make these apartments our first choice in the future.

11th year of coming to the beach huts. We love it here. We decided to take advantage of the good weather and book a hut for this week. We normally come in September. Yet again, spotlessly clean inside, great location at the start of the row. If you love people watching, strolling along the beach, chilling out. Then this is the place for you. We always have fish and chips in the hut from the nearby chippy. Cannot wait to come back in September to watch the amazing sunset.

Our apartment was very clean and everything was designed to a high standard. The area is quiet and outdoor seating is provided so it doesn’t matter if you can’t get an apartment with a balcony. The beach cafe is handy for breakfast. We hope to return later in the year.

Walking into the apartments is a truely lovely experience the ambience is always embellished by the gorgeous aroma of this 5 star luxury apartments. We have visited several times in different apartments and never been disappointed. Firstly the cleanliness not a speck of dust and always first rate bedding and accessories. Waiting for us this time we're chocolate and hot cross buns (for easter) along with the usual welcome pack. On booking this time I made a mistake of not requesting explicitly for a disabled apartment. Stuart, Zoe and the staff solved all problems with kindness and professionalism. The beachhuts are a must Mr John has retired but in place are a couple of lovely chaps who were extremely helpful and kind. All in all a great time was had by my 90 year old mum and family visitors. Thank you Staurt Zoe and staff see you soon

Yet another stunning stay at these Beach Apartments, this time High Tide over New Year.. We've now stayed in all but one of the Seaview Apartments but each time we return the standard is the same. High class, done with excellence, everything has been thought of and spotless presentation. From the moment you arrive you start to relax. From the Welcome pack, (there was champagne, milk and butter) in addition to the welcome pack on the table, to the immaculately prepared bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen there is literally nothing else to do but unwind. The views and walks are amazing, right on the doorstep too and even today on our return from a long walk we made the comment, "we're nearly home". That's what staying here does to you, it hugs you and has 'Welcome' written all over it. Looking forward to our next visit.

As a family we had a fantastic three night stay at the end of October. From the moment you enter the building you can see how clean and well serviced the property is. The sea view apartment did not disappoint, excellent amenities including smart tvs in all rooms and clean throughout. The wet room shower was a bit too wet when wanting to get to the sink. Location was handy with a 20 minute walk to the shops in Lytham St. Anne’s and Lytham, short drive to Blackpool to see the lights. The barista coffee van in the car park was a bonus on a wet and windy morning. 5 stars overall and would definitely stay again.

Had another visit to the beach hut on Monday and had a fantastic family day. The weather was very kind to us and it was lovely seeing so many families on the beach. As usual, the hut was very clean with everything you need although we prefer to take our own outside chairs. We stayed until 9pm and was rewarded with a lovely sunset. Looking forward to my next visit at the end of August.

Just on our way home and already looking to book again. We stayed in the pebbles room and the videos on the website were amazing for showing us what to expect of space but what it doesn’t show is all the little bits to make the stay the most comfortable home from home. From milk in the fridge for a deserved brew from the travels to a washer drier for the end of a windy day on the beach-they really have thought of it all. Plenty of towels, lovely cleaning products, all the utensils even a child friendly option available too. My children enjoyed playing in the playground and with the board games and books provided. So glad to have stumbled across this gem after booking a beach hut last year. We will definitely be regulars. Thank you!xx

Booked the show hut for my daughters second birthday. What a wonderful day we had spent with family and friends. Weather was typical British summer with all seasons in one day but we still had a fab time. The hut has everything you need and was spotless! Very easy getting in and dropping the key off when we had finished and the use of a private loo was handy. Definitely one to remember and will be booking again for her third birthday next year.

Questions about staying in Lytham St Annes

Where is the best place to stay in Lytham St Annes?

Choose St Annes if the beach, pier and promenade are central to your plans. Lytham suits visitors who want shops, cafés, restaurants and the Green close by. Our apartments are on the St Annes seafront, so you can stay beside the beach and explore both towns.

Is Lytham the same place as St Annes?

They are distinct neighbouring towns within Fylde, commonly referred to together as Lytham St Annes. St Annes has the sandy beach and pier; Lytham has the Green, Windmill and estuary setting.

How far are the apartments from St Annes beach?

The apartments are at 119–123 South Promenade, directly opposite the beach. Cross South Promenade to reach the beach access; the walk to the water varies with the tide.

Can I walk into St Annes town centre?

Yes. Walk north along the seafront towards St Annes Pier, then inland towards the shops and cafés. Allow approximately 10 – 15 minutes to walk from the apartments to St Annes town centre.

Is parking included?

Yes. Free on-site parking is included with your apartment stay.

Do you have sea-view apartments?

Yes. Browse our sea-view apartments to compare the outlook, floor and layout of each option.

Do you have ground-floor apartments?

Yes. See our ground-floor apartments. Check the individual access information before choosing; ground floor does not by itself confirm that a property meets every mobility requirement.

Are any apartments dog friendly?

Sandbanks is our dedicated dog-friendly apartment. Check its apartment page and booking details when planning a stay with your dog.

Can families stay?

Yes. The collection includes two and three-bedroom apartments and suites with different sleeping arrangements. Some beds are for children only, so check the adult and child occupancy, beds and floor on each individual apartment page. Travel cots and high chairs are free on request.

We had an amazing day in the Show Beach Hut on Sunday 23rd August. The location and beautifully clean facilities were perfect. The beautiful sunny weather added to our experience. Family playing rounders at 7.00pm was brilliant to watch along with a fantastic sun set. Just booked again for same location and position next year. Thank you

Worth it for families with children good to have somewhere to sit down and be able to make a brew and sort kids out. Nice quiet place without much hassle. Some part of the beach are dog friendly. Good to get undercover if the weather turns or getting out of the heat to cool off. Just enough shops/food outlets round to grab a meal or get some essentials. Beach huts with a decking outside the double opening doors prefect for grabbing the sea breeze. Time you’re allowed to stay in the beach huts are from 10am to midnight. ( No overnights stays are allowed ) Parking for the day was £4.60 for over a 4hrs stay then free from 6pm to 8am ( two minutes walk from the beach hut) & if you have item to take to the hut they provide trolley karts saving you struggling. Toilets are available next to the carpark for people that are staying with St Anne’s beach huts.

The huts are an amazing idea. Everything you need is here, and information provided in advance so that you know what to expect, and what to bring yourself for the perfect day. Clean, great facilities, and we stayed up to midnight watching the stars… my wife and children absolutely loved our hut on the beach for the day. And night :-)

A wonderful day! We booked a hut on one of the hottest days of the year to celebrate our son's birthday with his wife and 2 year old daughter. The whole experience was a joy. Accessing the hut was easy, with great communication, and the hut has all that is needed for a relaxing day by the beach. All amenities are a minutes away, meaning that it is the prefect base for a day of simple seaside pleasures. The atmosphere on the promenade is lovely, which was helped by the fact that our visit was on the day of the solar eclipse. One idea for improvement: the private toilet block, accessible only to hut users, could be upgraded and improved. The toilets are just cubicles, not gender segregated

Love it! We were sooo lucky with the weather yesterday. Couldn't believe we nearly had the beach to ourselves during the summer holidays!! The beach hut is such a great idea. Having a beautiful, sheltered base with fridge, microwave & all the basics is so worth it. Especially if you get there 10am & make full use it for the whole day! Having your own key to their designated toilet block is amazing too. All day carpark behind the St Anne's Swimming Pool/Toby Carvery is perfect too! Thank you for another wonderful day making amazing memories x ❤️

We hired one of the beach huts to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. It was one of the best ideas we’ve ever had. The hut itself can comfortably sit 6 adults. It has running water, kettle, microwave and electric sockets. There is a toilet block nearby. I honestly couldn’t recommend these huts highly enough. They are fantastic. Overlooking the beach which is literally 10 yards away. We all had a brilliant time. I communicated a couple of requests before booking to the team that runs the huts and they were amazing with me. Really friendly and very cooperative. We will all be back here next year to celebrate my 60th birthday.

You really must visit this place and especially St Anne's Beach huts which are beautifully equipped to make sure you want for nothing for a great day out. We visited on a cold unpredictable day in February - but the sun shone all day. We had a magical day with friends, walking on the beach and sitting in the hut with our blankets, with our own hot food and wine, doing a music quiz, chatting, laughing and watching the sun go down. They do have a heater, which we didn’t need. We were there from late morning to late evening. We felt so rejuvenated!

We had a lovely day in beach hut 11 (the nearest to the toilet block, except the show hut) as we requested, for my grandma's birthday. The huts seat 6, and have a kettle, microwave, sink and radio- everything you need really. We played board games, had a few beers and cups of tea. I can see how it would be ideal with children and dogs also, as you can watch them playing on the beach, from the little veranda at the front of the hut.
