Absolutely beautiful. Well equipped. Microwave , fridge, kettle, cutlery etc. Fantastic location. Toilets for the beach huts are in a separate building. Max occupancy is 6 which includes dogs but there were groups of up to 20 which isn't the fault of the business or fair on others hiring the beach huts. Having said that, overall there was a good vibe and we had a lovely day . Would highly recommend.

We returned to the beach huts after having the most fabulous family day last year and once again we were not disappointed. Huts are immaculate and provided all we needed we were there for about 9 hours and the children still did not want to leave!!!. Will be back again 😃

Where do I start? First of all trying to get into 11 Sandbanks turned out a bit hard for us, so we messaged some of the emergency contacts and straight away Steve (who was brilliant) was there to help us and explained that you would have to pull the door forward first as it is a little bit swollen. Then from entering the room and being greeted with complimentary brownies and bread, to looking how modern the room looks was just amazing and we couldn't have asked for anymore. There's enough fridge space and more than enough space for cups etc.
The beach hut is lovely and in a great place no 45-11 are in a quieter part of the beach which can sometimes be a lot nicer. It is probably around a 10-15 minute walk if trying to get to the main pier/promenade. Overall a brilliant stay but the price could sometimes make people a little bit reluctant!

Great place to just relax with family, safe friendly beach,good amenities, things around to do like mini golf or a ride on the site train, trampoline or the arcade, lovely RLNI hift shop, nice cafe, there is even a delivery service from a cafe just up the road, clean toilets and the owners keep it immaculate, would highly recommend a day at the beach hut

Fantastic beach huts! Immaculately clean! I wasn’t to sure wether to book or not and took the plunge and my gosh we had the best day! Totally worth the money! My children are autistic and having a little base they could go to get a break and cool off worked so well for them! The loved it as did I. So much for kids to do that’s next to the huts! Splash park, outdoor splash pool, mini train, crazy golf, little shop that sells cold drinks and ice lollies! The Splash park has Autism friendly session on a Tuesday morning! The beach was immaculately clean! We stayed in Hut 11 which was just down the little steps and onto the beach. Cant wait to go back next summer

Best day ever ,we all absolutely loved this place ,perfect in every way ,made such a difference having this beautiful little hut right on the beach ,created some special memories 😍a day to treasure forever …. Can’t wait to visit again ! Staff were so lovely as well very helpful xx

We had a wonderful day at the beach huts and would definitely come again.
The only thing that marred it a little was that although the huts say they are for 6 people the group next door had between 8 and 12 adults throughout the day and 3 children. They took over all the pavement and were quite loud. The manager walked past but said nothing to them.
I do think it would in any event make sense to spread out the bookings there was an empty hut the other side of us.
But despite that we’d definitely recommend it and go back again.

We appreciate you raising the issue about the neighbouring group. We do monitor the promenade regularly throughout the day, but it’s true that some guests book multiple huts and tend to gather around one, which can sometimes give the impression of overcrowding. That said, we are mindful of the impact on nearby guests and will continue doing our best to manage this sensitively. It’s also worth mentioning that a small number of huts are privately owned and not available to rent, which can affect spacing between bookings. Thanks again for your recommendation - we really hope to welcome you back soon.

We had a lovely day at the beach huts on Sunday, we were lucky with the weather. There was a triathlon on locally which closed the usual car park but it didn’t cause any issues we were notified of an alternative plan via email a couple of weeks before and it still ran smoothly and had no issues parking. We were helped to the hut with our things by a lovely lad called Aaron and someone else came round when we arrived to check all ok. The hut was really clean, and had a fridge, kettle, cute beach hut mugs, glasses and there was tea and coffee already there. You could easily spend the whole day and evening there. Would definitely return in the future.

It's been a few years since we last rented a beach hut here but happy we did this year for our family trip to St Annes for Easter Saturday.
Beach huts are well located, clean, well appointed with kettle, fridge, utensils, chairs, table etc - everything you need for a day by the sea in style including access to toilet and washing facilities near the car park.
All in all, another great day in St Annes and we will definitely book here again for subsequent day trips.

We had the best family day at these huts ,
Arrived around 1030 and a lovely young man directed us to free Parking !
Grabbed a trolley and took all our things down ,
The huts are immaculate , modern , and with everything you need , ( except your food) and a great sized fridge , for a fun filled day !
A bit like a tardis , its surprising the actual room inside 😅
Private toilet block that was also spotless ,
We had simple fun , flying kites and sandcastles,True Family time ,
great value for money !
LOVED it , absolutely recommend to everyone
