Sales Process
Due to the specialist nature of beach hut ownership, all enquiries are handled directly through St Annes Beach Huts Limited.
Interested buyers are welcome to view the hut externally at any time. Should you wish to discuss ownership, the site licence or the purchase process, please get in touch.
Should a sale be agreed, a £1,000 reservation deposit secures the hut and removes it from the market whilst the purchase is completed. The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon completion.
Target completion is within 14 days where reasonably possible.
Important Information
The beach hut is privately owned and situated on a licensed operational site rather than freehold land ownership.
Any purchaser will be required to comply with the Site Licence Agreement and operational rules governing the site.
Transfer of the site licence is subject to approval.
The purchaser will be responsible for future maintenance, upkeep and ongoing site licence fees.
